[Insight-users] compile errors building latest python binding.

i'm trying to build the itk python bindings.  i downloaded the latest itk and
checked out cableswig into the Utilities dir.  i went through cmake -i and
configured appropriately.  no errors.  when i run make i get:

so it seems the attempt to build the python binding blows up building
dependancy metaio?  looks like a simple include path issue - but i wanted to
see if this is a know issue or i'm missing something fundemental before digging
in...
