[Insight-users] Bug in FLTKImageViewer (GLTwoImageSliceView)

Hi all,

I'm currently using the class GLTwoImageSLiceView to
display an overlay of two images.

However, when one sets the second input image (SetSecondInputImage - method) 
and the primary input image (SetInputImage - method) has not been set, a runtime error
will occur when the user clicks inside the SliceView frame.

The error takes place in itkIndex.h, line 207.
The behavoir can also be seen when one uses the LandmarkInitializedMutualInformationRegistration
application and loads the moving image prior to the fixed image.
