[Insight-users] ImageRegistration8 takes 2 hours 45,menit!

Hi Tanya,
          To do registration on multi-modality images,mutual information 
will always perform better than MeanSquaresImageToImageDistance. In your 
case, the optimizer probably had hard time to find the global minimum.
