[Insight-users] Problem with running 2DCurveExtraction sample application

Hello, 

There appears to be a set of files like fltkFrustumFunctionControl.h etc that 
are missing from the later versions of ITK, but are required to run the 
2DCurveExtraction sample application.

Please advice on how best to get around this or if there is an update to 2D 
centerline extraction that I can review.
