[Insight-users] Problem with running 2DCurveExtraction sample application

The files are there in
http://www.itk.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/Auxiliary/FltkImageViewer/?root=InsightApplications#dirlist

Most FLTK applications depend on the Auxillary directory and if you 
build CVS InsightApplications, it accounts for that.
