[Insight-users] Viewing 2d vector fields in Paraview

Hello,

I am trying to view a 2d deformation field, similar to the method described
in 8.15.1 of the itk software guide.  I am having problems using the
calculator to set the Z direction to 0 (converting it to a 3d vector
field).  I can't make out the equation for the calculator in Fig. 8.54 of
the itk software guide.  Has anyone had any luck doing this ?
