[Insight-users] Help ! registration between 2D(x-ray) and 3D (ct dataset) images

Hi All,
I need to registrate 2D(x-ray) and 3D (ct dataset) images . I tried the  IntensityBased2D3DRegistration in InsightApplications.But it seems to registrate DRR-which generated from 3D dataset with 3D dataset (a freind in mailing-list told me that ,thank him very much!). 
I think i can first generate DRR, and then use MultiResImageRegistration to registrate DRR and x-ray images. Am I right ,and is there any advice to me? Thank you very much!!!!
