[Insight-users] Question about 3D MI registration

Hi,
This might be a stupid question but I am using the
"ImageRegistration8.cxx" program for 3D registration but I am using
the Mutual Information metric instead of the Mean Squares Metric. I
just wanted to know if the program actually resamples the images first
to make them the same resolution before starting the registration
process or if resampling is only done at the end after the
registration is over.
