[Insight-users] UPgrade

Hi all,
I have A VC++ ver 6 and ITK 1.6 VTK 4.0 Cmake 1.8.3, i
need to upgrade to itk 2.4.1, which complier i *must*
use , can i stay with VC++6?? , also when i wanna to
use Cmake ver 2.2.3 ( it required MFC71.dll , so
please tell me the righ thing to do! 
(also is vtk 4.2 precomipled will be ok ?)
