[Insight-users] gdcm upgrade

Hi Mathieu,

I add my voice for your request. It would be great to have the recent gdcm 
inside ITK asap.

The recent gdcm has much more flexible sorting capabilities. No problems with 
4D time series, which the current gdcm is not able to sort correctly.
