hi all,
I'd like to estimate the cardiac deformation field from tagging MRI images by
using no rigid registration.
I have two 3D sequences corresponding to short axis and long axis view of the
heart. To register both views simultaneously, for a given set of
transformation parameters, I need to maximize the MI of both views at the
same time, as proposed by Chandrashekara[1]. Is there any way of doing this
with ITK? I read the documentation and I didn't find anything, but I want to
be sure before start writing my own code ...
