[Insight-users] reporting CMake error

Hi all,

I want to report an error when building the ITK.

I just tried to build yesterdays cvs version of ITK with CMake 2.4.2 
with explicit instantiation on. I marked all the WRAP_* to ON. Cmaking 
gave the following error:

    Wrapping itk::ImageSource: No image type for 'CF' pixels is known.
