[Insight-users] Active shape model with ITK

Hi Julie,

Have a look in the Patented directory, there's an 
ActiveShapeModelGradientSearchMethod filter. As far as I know it's only 
working for 2D images though. What kind of data are you working with? 
2D, 3D or 3D+t?
