[Insight-users] GetBufferdRegion()

Hi,
I am using Registration source, and i would like to register one specific
region of image. I found, in Insight Toolkit, the differents image
representations:

-LagestPosibleRegion(),
-BufferdRegion(),
-Request Region().

I don't inderstand how we use the BufferedRegion() and witch region is
loaded in memory???

Any one can help me!!
