Another question on NormalizedMutualInfo metric.

I tried calling the function SetDerivativeStepLegthScales(..), with
some number as input. Is there a relationship/dependence between
number of transform parameters and input give to
SetDerivativeStepLengthScales(.).I'm asking this because I was working
by trial and error; the transform i was using was BSpline with 128
number of parameters to be estimated, and the program gave exception
when i passed a smaller number or a larger number as compared to
number of parameters.
