[Insight-users] Xiaoming: Deformable Registration using B-Spline basis function

Hello everyone, I have some questions regarding the non-rigid registration
using B-Spline:
1) Which function is the most prefered when I want to maximize mutual
information of two 2-D MRI heart images using B-spline?
2) So far, I have used DeformableRegistration4.cxx in \Example\Registration
to register those two images, but the results are pretty awful. Are there
any parameters that needs to be tweaked? If yes, there is a good place to
start?
