[Insight-users] RGB Images and ConnectedThresholdImageFilter

Yes I suppose you could use the GreenPixelAccessor as the pixel acccessor
for an itk::ImageAdaptor, which adapts an RGB image to a single channel
image and plug the adaptor as the input to the connected threshold filter.
Did you have issues with it ?
