[Insight-users] using txx extension files

hi dear ITK users;
As a beginner of ITK I don't know how to use file which have .txx extension. for example I would like to use itkNormalizedCorrelationPointSetToImageMetric.txx which is in itk>itk-src-windows>Code>Algorithms . I have two datasets as input(input1 and input2) . How can I use these inputs in this txx file. 
I am really looking forward to a reply.
