Hi, I have seen lots of examples of java wrapping for ITK in windows. Is it the same case in Linux and Unix? I am writing a Java GUI which will combines ITK. If I can write java wrappers, that will be wonderful. Otherwise, does anyone have a better idea other than using JNI or call executables? Thanks, Yaoyao
