[Insight-users] optimized.lib on MS VS 2003 .NET

There is no lib called "optimized" so we need to figure out where it's
coming from to tell you how to fix it. If we can identify the missing
CMake variable then that's the one you need to set.

The grep results of "grep -rn optimized *" in your source tree will
give us the next clue.
