[Insight-users] compiling itk with bcc 5.8.2

Hello all,

it would be nice if itk can be compiled with bcc 5.8.2 . Is this planned
in the future? most of the problems with this compiler should be easy to
fix (missing #includes), but there are still problems with the template
classes, especially with the static const members initialized by
template parameters. Is there a known workaround for this? I think
borland (codegear) is on a good way again and it would be desirably that
itk can be used in bds.
