[Insight-users] What kind of the segmentation method of LevelSet is popular used in ITK? : Please look at Brains2

Hi Goo,

Thanks for providing additional details regarding the
anatomical structures that you are trying to segment.

You may find interesting to look at the Brains2 program
developed by the University of Iowa.

Brains2 is now based on ITK.

On intersting document to look at is:

In this manual you will find instructions on how to segment
the putamen and the caudate.
