      That's quite an strange question...

Why wouldn't you want to use the ITK header files ?

Are you having any specific problems compiling
code that uses ITK headers ?



In any case,
you could use the vtk Procrustes class:

http://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkProcrustesAlignmentFilter.html

If you are ok with using VTK header files   :-)
