[Insight-users] Registration and background color

Hello,


I am new to ITK. I am trying to do a multi-modal registration. I'd like
to tag areas in the moving image with some specific color and tell the
registration process that those pixels should not be accounted for when
optimizing the transformation. Is it possible to do that and how should
I proceed ? Any example ?
