[Insight-users] Re: fft based registration in itk

The submission works on other platforms as well (so far i tested it). The
problem is with the configuration for IJ testing environment, where FFTW
library is missing and with VNL FFT which gives different results than FFTW.
This is the reason for the high number of revision that do not pass the
tests.

Feel free to contact me if you have any problems with
compiling or running the code.
