[Insight-users] Questions about DeformableModel

HI, ITK Users,

I am now using the example code about deformal models, specifically, the example is Examples/Segmentation/DeformableModel1.cxx

I have two questions as follows,

1. How to save the final mesh in the format of VTK, is it possible?

2. How to generate the new labels instead of the the points on the surface? Actually this is the problem about the way to fill in the mesh. Is there any filter in ITK which can handle this? BTW, the topology of my mesh is a bit complex, which is genus-3.
