[Insight-users] how to get vector image from a text file

hello,everybody,
Now,I have a text file which consists of some coordinates and the
corresponding displacements. It has the form as follows:
 28  15           34  14
 9   22            13  24
 10  31           15  31
 22  29           25  27
 26  40           33  39
 85  38           90  39
 55  65           52  64
 69  64           65  66
 74  75           68  76
 82  79           78  82
 9   97            14  95
 28  95           33  95
 28  108         32  109
 74  107         70  108
 72  117         68  118
The first and second volumes are the coordinates of the points, and the
third and fourth volumes are the terminal points of the corresponding
displacements at this coordinates.
Now, I just want to get a vector image,in which ,the pixel is a vector.These
vectors are the displacements at corresponding coordinates and only have
values at these coordinates, at other coordinates, they equal to 0 vector.
Does anybody know how get this vector image?
