Friends,

I got an execution error in the EM example of ITK and I was using the
3.2 version. So I'm trying to be up-to-date, because the problem could
already been solved, but now I can't configure ITK 3.6 in Cmake using
MinGW.

The error isn't new, but I always needed a patch to solve the issue.
It says that CMAKE_WORDS_BIGENDIAN has not been set, and suggests me
to set CMAKE_BACKWORDS_COMPATIBILITY to 1.4 or less. It doesn't solve
the problem.

Does anyone know how to solve it?
I saw in Dashboard that the version of ITK using MinGW was sucessfully
built, but I'm having problems here, I think I can be doing something
wrong.

Any help would be great!

thanks
