Hi can some one explain what Image->GetDirection() will return. My understanding is that it returns the axes directional cosigns, but i am unsure what coordinate system they are expressed in? reading this http://www.itk.org/Wiki/Proposals:Orientation has left me more confused. -thanks Luke
