hi, every one:
 
        In  my  C++ project,  the affiliated libraries of ITK &VTK are implemented to make my job easier than ever.
 
The operating system is windows XP.then, if i had changed my PC without the built libraries, how can i  run the file of exe ? 
 
OS is Windows XP too.
