[Insight-users] problems with ITKTestDriver

Appears that make install is broken when BUILD_TESTING is OFF.
Not surprisingly none of the dashboards would be testing this combination.
Please log an entry in the bug tracker with a pointer to this email.

The quick fix for you will be to configure, build and install with 
BUILD_TESTING ON.
