[Insight-users] Convert an image 2D->3D

Dear all,

Is there any filter to convert an image from 2D to 3D, or from 3D to 4D? I
am working with images in 3D, then I extract all slices in 2D. These slices
ae modified and then I would like to contruct the 3D image again. Is it
possible?
