Hi Alexandre,

Did you enable the "USE_FFTWD" and/or "USE_FFTWF" flags
in CMake when you configured ITK ?

You will find these flags when you configure ITK
with CMake and select to see the Advanced flags.

ITK is tested with FFTW in the Nightly submission
from "zion.kitware" to the Dashboard:
