[Insight-users] calculate the maximums of an image

Hi Irene,

You could use ExtractImageFilter to extract the 3D images and  
MinimumMaximumImageCalculator to obtain the maximum. You can do that  
in a loop, in which you change the extract region in the extraction  
filter.
