[Insight-users] Does itkSmartPointer.h need to do #include"itkMacro.h"?

Two days ago I wrote:

If you don't mind, I'll just change those lines of comment myself, in 
"itkWin32Header.h".  Thereby I would directly try out the CVS write 
access that is just given to me.   :-)
