can someone explain me the differences between:

- DICOMImageIO / DICOMImageIO2 / GDCMImageIO
-- Which of those classes reads the Direction Cosines from files ?
-- Are Direction Cosine somehow approximated by those classes ?

- itkImage / itkOrientedImage
-- How are the Direction Cosines stored ?
