[Insight-users] create HBITMAP from itk image

Hi everyone. I'm new with itk.
Firstly I want to thanks on everyone who is involved in developing this 
wonderful toolkit.
My problem is:
1. I want open image(dicom,png and other image format)
2. apply filter over open image
3. display result

I use VS 2005 and MFC library.
I have no problem with 1 and 2.  But I don't know how to display result. 
If I can convert itk image to HBITMAP, I will display it.
