[Insight-users] 3D Ct data

[Pascal]

Any insight in this?
 
I can't seem to extract the Brain files for the registration8.cxx example.
Once I extract the tgz file, i see no .mha files

Thanks for your question.

Here are the image modalities of these groups

   a) The Brain data in that directory is all MRI scans.

    b) The LiverTumor datasets are CT scans.
