Hello,
I am trying to solve a problem wherein I have a set of points representing
the ROI (these are internal points and not the boundary vertices) and a
corresponding image. I want to construct a new image that contains this ROI
on top of the original image. Either the boundary of the ROI is highlighted
(pixels turned on) or the region of the image corresponding to the ROI is
extracted.
Now, I can construct a polygonal (or blob) spatial object with these points.
I am also able to construct a mesh of these points. But, I am not able to
construct the final image with this ROI shown. It would be great if someone
could guide me as to what classes and functions should I use.
Regards,
Ankit,
