[Insight-users] ITK with Python

I want to use ITK with Python. I am using Windows Vista and have extracted InsightApplications-3.8.0. I have also installed Python 2.5. but I have no clue as to what to do with Cmake or CableSwig. Cmake configuration asks for a compiler but i thought Python needs no compiler...Please help
