Please look at the Tutorials:

in particular to:

http://www.itk.org/CourseWare/Training/GettingStarted-I.pdf

It will guide you step by step through the process
of configuring ITK with CMake, and then building it
with your compiler.



The "Source Directory" is the directory where you downloaded
the source code of ITK.


The "Binary Directory" is the new directory where you want
to build the binaries of ITK (e.g. the libraries).
