[Insight-users] How to read HDR file & Deformable Registration

Hi,

I am new in itk. I run the deformableregistration1 example and the I see
that the final(result) image is written in the ".hdr" format.
I used the examples that the book gave us RatLungSlice1.mha and
RatLungSlice2.mha.

The resulting image is 1KB isnt it too small ? Is there something wrong?

Is there a way to change this format?

How can i see the final image, none of my programs can open this image?
