Hi Kevin,

You don't need to have images of the same resolution
in order to register them with ITK.

The Fixed and Moving images can have (and frequently do have)
different


   - Origin
   - Spacing
   - Orientation
   - Number of pixels along each dimension
   - Modality (CT/MR...)


Regarding examples for deformable registration,
you will find this input files with parameters in the
directory:

    Insight/Examples/Data

Look for the *.txt files.
