[Insight-users] memory reduction after using DicomSeriesReadSeriesWrite

Hello,

I used the "DicomSeriesReadSeriesWrite.cxx"-example for a simple test and noticed that the the DICOM-Images of the output-series have 91 KB in opposite to the original DICOM- input-series with 222 KB. Where does this reduction of memory come from? Which information is lost? Are the DICOM-images the same as before?
