[Insight-users] About SegmentationEditorFltkGui in ITKAp plications

I never use the Tcl/Tk, so I don't know how to build the project "SegmentationEditorFltkGui" in ITKApplications. 
I have compile the CableSwig-ITK,install the VTK, recompile the ITK. But I can not still create the project "SegmentationEditorFltkGui" by Cmake.
who can tell me how to do! or give me the .exe file of project "SegmentationEditorFltkGui". Thank you very much
