[Insight-users] About SegmentationEditorFltkGui in ITKAp plications

Hi fengzhengbnu,

1) Configure InsightApplication from the *TOP* directory,
   not from the subdirectory of SegmentationEditorFltkGui

2) enable the CMake flag USE_VTK

3) enable the CMake flag USE_FLTK
