Hi,

It may not be that, but you shouldn't build both WRAP_ITK_PYTHON and  
ITK_CSWIG_PYTHON.
I would suggest to just keep WRAP_ITK_PYTHON, as it gives more features.

I really must find some time to make building both trigger an error.
