that's a private tag, are you sure about that ?

If this is a private tag, I will not support that in ITK/GDCM. And
you'll need to write a small piece of code in /pure/ gdcm to achieve
that. If this is a mistake and you are trying to pass a public tag,
please re-sent the tag value.
