[Insight-users] Problem with BSpline Registration with Mattes-MI

Hi Serena,
Please try running the example:
Insight/Examples/Registration/
DeformableRegistration15.cxx
with your input images,
and let us know if the results are similar or
better than what you get with your current
code.
