[Insight-users] itkScalarImageToHistogramGenerator and SetHistogramMin

When I migrated from ITK 3.8 to 3.14 I suddenly encounter the following 
error:

Error	1	error C2039: 'SetHistogramMin' : is not a member of 
'itk::Statistics::SampleToHistogramFilter<TSample,THistogram>' 
[...]\insighttoolkit-3.14.0\code\review\statistics\itkScalarImageToHistogramGenerator.txx 
90	

It seems to be a problem in the ITK code, but maybe I specified a wrong 
data type to the template? In conjunction with ITK 3.8 it compiled fine.
